iHerb Gluten Free And Vegan Cookie Haul – January 2018
iHerb is an American online store which delivers thousands of products directly to your doorstep. This month’s haul is all about gluten free cookies. Most supermarkets have a good selection of gluten-free products, however I enjoy trying new snacks from around the world. If you are living in Abu Dhabi, Dubai or any other Emirate, click here for more information about ordering from iHerb, custom charges and delivery information. For the past years I have been avoiding processed products and refined sugar, however as a nursing mum I have been eating lots of quick snacks that keep me from getting dizzy. In the past weeks I have been exploring the guilty pleasures on iHerb and in this post I am sharing all my gluten free and vegan cookies.
Soft baked chocolate chip cookies are my absolute favourite, I dip them into the biscoff spread (which is also egg and dairy free) or break them into little pieces and add them to my cereal. I’ve tried the crunchy chocolate chip cookies by enjoy life before, however I much prefer the soft baked version.
Lucy’s chocolate chip cookies are super crunchy and filled with dairy-free chocolate pieces without tasting too sweet.
Lucy’s cinnamon thin cookies remind me a little of meringue with lots of sugar and cinnamon flavour.
Crunchy double chocolate cookies were a little too crunchy for me, but I enjoyed them with boojabooja ice-cream.
I think I have re-ordered the soft snickerdoodle cookies around 5 times already. They combination of cinnamon and a super soft cookie was delicious!
The crunchy sugar crisp cookies is another vegan variety by enjoy life. They are just as crunchy as the double chocolate cookies.
